Here is how our design process works:
1. SoftWEAR systems will send you a website design questionnaire to fill out and return back to mitchm3@frontier.com.
2. We will discuss your current budget, pricing, and a contract will be signed before the design process begins.
3. Client submits a predetermined deposit to SoftWEAR Systems.
4. From there, SoftWEAR systems will generate a custom website theme (unless you chose a predesigned template) based on communication with you and your answers in the questionnaire. Upon completion, a draft template will be sent to your email address on file for approval. Any changes to the template will be made at this time.
5. If you need a domain name for the website, we will discuss this option with you.
6. SoftWEAR Systems will conduct a search to determine if domain name is available. If the name is available, we will purchase and register the Domain name for you.
7. If you already have a Domain name, you must contact your local hosting service and do the following:
a. Have the administrator and/or technical contact email mitchm3@frontier.com with the domain name information.
b. Have the domain name released
8. Once the domain name is released it could take up to 7 days for SoftWEAR systems to apply the registered domain name on our servers.
9. SoftWEAR Systems will provide the client with the link to the website. The website will be available for continuous viewing by the client so development can be tracked as it progresses.
10. Before completion of the website, SoftWEAR Systems will train you on how to use the CMS (Content Management Services) on the new site. This will include but not limited to setting passwords, privileges, navigating the site, etc.
11. Complete any necessary changes to site before final completion.
12. Once the site is completely finished, and approved, you will need to provide the remaining 50% payment.
13. After final payment is received, the website is yours to enjoy.
